Unfortunately people think that yoga is all about asanas and flexibility. Here we want to give you a deeper understanding of yoga and build a strong foundation of traditional hatha yoga practices which will include asanas, breathwork, bandhas,
meditation, and basics of yoga psychology.

To understand how each aspect of yoga works and experience its effect we created correlated courses which will help you to get structured knowledge and develop a healthy habit of every day practice.
