Cancelation and Refund Policy for Vahatt
Customers may cancel their order for products purchased through the Vahatt website under the following conditions:
- Requests for cancellations must be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Customers must email Vahatt customer support at vahatt.india@gmail.com or use the website’s contact form in order to seek a cancellation.
An order cannot be canceled once it has been prepared for shipping.
Refund Policy
Vahatt offers refunds for eligible canceled orders or returned products under the following conditions:
Within seven to ten business days, eligible canceled orders will be reimbursed using the original payment method.
After a product is returned in compliance with our return policy, you will get a refund using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
The cost of shipping and handling is not refundable.
Refunds are contingent upon the products being inspected and approved for return. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packing and condition.
Products that do not fit the above requirements are subject to Vahatt’s right to reject refund requests.
Return Process
In order to initiate a return and seek a refund, clients need to do the following:
- Within 24 Hours of receiving the merchandise, get in touch with Vahatt customer care to seek a return authorization.
- After carefully packing the item in its original packaging, send it to the location given by Vahatt customer support.
- Include the return authorization number on the package.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, Vahatt will process the refund to the original payment method.
