Eight pranayama techniques that will help you to improve your breathing patterns, reduce fat, purify blood and boost the immunity.
Note: Please note that you are always welcome to ask questions after each session. In fact we encourage you to do that.
How many classes?
12 live classes online. We recommend you to take a class every day (except Sunday) to set a healthy rhythm and develop a habit of self-discipline. You can also take a class every other day but no less than three a week.
What time?
Choose your morning practice according to your time zone. But make sure that you have your class before having a breakfast.
Who is teaching?
Certified Indian yoga teacher, Saransh. He has a deep understanding of ancient breathing techniques that have been passed from generation to generation.
What happens after the course?
You can be your own instructor and keep going by yourself or take next level of the course.
