What is in the course?
For some classes there will be given Pranayama techniques first which will help you to immerse in meditative state.

Every day you will learn new meditation technique that reduces stress, controls anxiety, gives clarity of mind and advances your level of self-awareness.
In the beginning of your journey you need to practice meditation every day and get support, inspiration and feedback of your experienced instructor.Â
Note: Please note that you are always welcome to ask questions after each session. In fact we encourage you to do that.
How many classes?
6 live classes online. We recommend you to take a class every day (except Sunday) to set a healthy rhythm and develop a habit of self-discipline. You can also take a class every other day but no less than three a week
What time?
Choose time for your practice according to your time zone. Make sure that you had your meal not less than three hours before the class. Connect with us to confirm the time of your class.
Who is teaching?
Certified yoga teacher who has many years of practicing and teaching meditation and who knows how to make classes extremely effective for each student. You will feel personal approach even in general class.
What happens after the course?
You can choose which meditation techniques suits you best and keep going by yourself or proceed working with your instructor.
What is the price of the course?
$60 or ₹5,000 for 6 live online 60- minute classes. We always focus on individual approach.
