Welcome to Yoga Therapy course. In this course we apply gentle practices of yoga asanas combined with healing breathing techniques. Sessions may also include meditation techniques or visualization practices.
Yoga is already itself therapeutic and healing. We make sure that Yoga therapy classes are enjoyed by people of all ages. During the course you will feel personal approach and learn how to help yourself through yoga practices.

What is in the course?
Traditional Asanas, according to your health level, that help to promote free flow of energy for healing the body, develop physical consciousness of that healing and integrate body, mind and spirit.
Pranayama techniques that will help you to improve your breathing patterns, purify blood and boost the immunity.
Note: Please note that you are always welcome to ask questions after each session. In fact we encourage you to do that.
How many classes?
12 live classes online. We recommend you to take a class every day (except Sunday) to set a healthy rhythm and develop a habit of self-discipline. You can also take a class every other day but no less than three a week
What time?
Choose time for your practice according to your time zone. Make sure that you had your meal not less than three hours before the class. Connect with us to confirm time of your class.
Who is teaching?
Certified yoga teacher who has deep understanding of body movements, effects and contradictions of asanas and who knows how to make classes extremely effective for each student. You will feel personal approach even in general class.
What happens after the course?
You can be your own instructor and keep going by yourself or take next level of the course.
What is the price of the course?
$120 or ₹10,000 for 12 live online 75- minute classes. We always focus on individual approach.
